Our Company

Cultesa is a Company dedicated to the obtention of plants by in vitro multiplication techniques. It was created in 1.987 by the Cabildo Insular de Tenerife (Government of the Island of Tenerife) and the Caja General de Ahorros de Canarias (the main financial institution of the Canary Islands) with the aim of contributing to the improvement of our Agricultural sector’s income and offering solutions to the productive and commercial needs of the Canary growers.

We offer the growers high quality plants which provide a high yield and which are sanitary guarranteed, whithout modifying their own natural characteristics.

The Quality in every stage of the productive process is a “must” in our daily work. As a result of this fact our Company has got from AENOR the Quality Certification for all our activities: The design, the production and the after-sales service of banana-tree plants and potato seeds by micropropagation techniques:
