BANANA

Our productive process starts with a careful selection on the field. The best plants are selected. Viric tests are performed in order to guarantee the sanitary status of our final product. We have selected clones of Grand Naine and Dwarf Cavendish banana plants (Gruesa Palmera, Brier, Ricasa and others)

POTATO

After characterizing and selecting the best clones, our “colored poatatoes” go through a clening up process (elimination of viruses which can be responsible for a yield decrease). Afterwards potato plants enter the production stage to obtain prebase seeds (minitubers) with sanitary guarantee.

CULTESA has been awarded the Title of Productor Obtentor of Potato Seeds by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Identification number: 589).

Laminar flow cabinets, working areas and manipulation of vitroplants in controlled aseptic conditions.

In the growing chambers plants are kept unders controlled conditions of light, temperature and humidity.
